The question I receive most often are: How can I get started now? How can I launch my program? How can I change my life for the better now? How can I share my work with the world and feel like I have made an impact in the world? How can I make a living as an instructor and or fitness influencer and make a lasting career in this industry? To answer these questions, I have spent 25 years of my life exploring, experiencing and evolving myself and my knowledge through education and personal development and deep inquiry with awesome mentors and experts throughout our industry. It would be a great privilege to personally guide you and mentor you through a personal consultation and to consider working together.
Prior to our call, I will ask a few key questions so I can properly prepare to add value to our time spent together. During our talk, I will reveal some initial insights and takeaways and then we can look at the opportunities at hand including where you or your business are today, and how my experiences and skills may best align with your needs, help you overcome your blocks, and quickly get you into creation and service mode. The result is a forward motion that feels light and fun.
As you know from my story, the areas that I am best positioned to serve you include mentoring and consulting, program and product design, branding, experience design content and media strategy, launch strategies and talent development. I am also available for bookings for live events, podcasts workshops and retreats and I absolutely love to contribute to articles, and media opportunities. That being said, I love an adventure and my greatest growth and learning have come when someone wiser than me walked me to the cliff and told me jump and fly.
